07 May 2008: Prices at Victoria Villas on the Black Sea coast have been cut by 33% from 1,200 to 800 euros per square meter. This price only applies to the show apartments in the building that is already built. Studios with sea views are available at 25,292 euros.
19 April 2008: Britannia Investments received the Building Permit for Sophia Gardens from Sozopol Municipality on 26 February 2008. The construction will proceed according to the advertised schedule.
31 March 2008: Balkan Heightshas been issued with Act 15 by Bansko Municipality. The next payment to the developer is due upon the issue of this certificate and we will contact all buyers about this soon. The development is scheduled for completion on30 April 2008.
