Following the success of their first development in Sozopol, Elizabeth Court, Britannia Investments are now ready to release for sale Sophia Gardens in Sozopol. This is a boutique complex of 18 apartments and maisonettes overlooking the Blue-Flag Kavatzite Beach.

Britannia Investments received the Building Permit for Sophia Gardens from Sozopol Municipality on 26 February 2008. The construction will therefore proceed according to the advertised schedule.
